  First of all, the owners were nice enough. However, I brought in a working computer and after their diagnosis it would not boot up. They made every excuse and made no attempt to try and get it working again. All they wanted to do was sell me a new hard drive and new memory card (which I found out through another computer store was not the problem). We also took my wife's netbook in and they said the hard drive was dying. NOT TRUE! They didn't check the RAM and all it needed was a new memory card upgrade. It works fine now. So, I am out the diagnostic fees (which were incorrect) and my laptop, which was working when I brought it in, is dead. Just thought folks out there ought to know there are other places nearby you might want to take your computer to for repair. We give Mann Technology the lowest rating for their extremely poor customer service and no attempt to reconcile the situation we had.
